Huize Trivelli is a place that still keep piece of Dutch colonial history in Indonesia. This restaurant is designed to preserve many historical goods that harmoniously integrate all cultural elements from Dutch, Javanese, and Chinese.

Not only the environment, Huize Trivelli also serves various great foods with mixture of pluralism in Indonesia. One of recommended food is Ayam Bumbu Rempah (Grilled Chicken with Spices). Ayam Bumbu Rempah is cooked with combination of Indonesian traditional spices with European grill technique. Another unique food is Steak Lidah (Tongue Steak). For snack, you must try their Bitterballen that is served with mustard sauce. Huize Trivelli's bitterballen is perfectly cooked without any remaining oil at all.

Your food would not complete without great beverage, try Bir Pletok. Bir pletok is different from normal Bier/Beer that usually made from fermented malt. Bir Pletok is traditional Betawi (Jakarta) drink that is made from combination of various herbs and Vanilla Ice Cream. Bir Pletok is best served cold.

  2. It goes without saying its Chateaubriand steak a la jardiniere is also a yummy one. But then try also their signature dishes @ Trivelli Tongue steak n Galantine de poulet. Nowadays is hardly to find in Jakarta. Though others like Trivelli Klappertaart a la Mousse and Rissoles are tempting and recommended . Hhhhhhhmmmmm ......Tasting is believing
